A place to put all our Force Awakens interpretations, such as character actions/interactions.
Here's one for starters: So the theory has been posited before that Han was like "Yeah, yeah" when he saw Kylo carry Rey over the threshold on Takodana because knowing his son he instinctively knew no harm would come to her. I can see that being an element. Might we also suppose Han was also confided in by young Ben about a vision he had of a girl? Perhaps this is why we can presume when Maz asks Han "Who is she?" Han knows and tells her the answer off-camera. "Well Maz, there's this chick my son used to dream about who fits the bill..."

There was something very odd about that cut away from "Who's the girl?" when Maz asks Han that question. I can't decide whether it's another "mystery box" red herring, or if it actually means something in anyway. While I strongly suspect that Ben had a corresponding vision of Rey, I'm kind of doubtful that he was every close enough to Han to confide in him about it, or that Han would remember the details of the vision closely enough to put 2-and-2 together that she was "the girl". But that would be interesting, if your theory was true!

Can't say anything for sure right now, and we all know how much JJ loves his sacred mystery box with all its misdirection. I think it was supposed to fool us into thinking Han knows that she's Luke's long lost daughter on the surface, but if we assume nothing makes it into a movie by accident I have to assume this exchange does have some kind of real meaning.
The following is total conjecture based on how Ben/Kylo and Han are characterized. I am inclined to think Ben had a better relationship with Han at one point that was sullied over time, probably when Ben began showing signs of Force ability. A deleted scene shows Kylo in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon in a manner that comes off to me as nostalgic, longing, and sad. We also see how torn Kylo is about killing his father. He wants his father's love even if he is disappointed by Han. He doesn't recoil from Han's touch after striking him down. Now I don't think Han was the most sensitive father to Ben - he's a dudebro deluxe. I can see him scoffing at Ben's Force ability, calling it his imagination, or at least being intimidated by it. But I can also see a young Ben reaching out for his avowedly "atheist" father's understanding of his special ability in the Force and also wanting to connect with him on a "guy" level. So he opens up and tells him he's had a dream or vision about a girl, to which Han probably makes some dumb remark about women and not to get too wrapped up in them, totally blowing off Ben's sincere desire for understanding and belief in what he's seen. But when Han sees Kylo/Ben carrying a girl, specifically the girl with whom Han and Chewie felt a special affinity (because she reminded them of a young Ben perhaps?) he remembers Ben has seen a girl before. I can also see Ben going to Leia too, and Han and Leia talking about Ben's girl vision, maybe one of their bickering points because Leia understands Ben's Force sensitivity and the probability of his dream/vision coming to pass, while Han would argue, in so many words, that Ben needed to toughen up and be more manly. Leia also treats Rey in a "motherly" manner, which could suggest she too knows this girl is going to play an important role for her son, perhaps being The One who can bring him back home.
There are just so many clues and possibilities. I am totally open to not having all the answers and can't wait to see how it plays out. But JJ has left a lot of bread crumbs and I feel compelled to follow them!

I don't think Ben would have felt he could confide in his dad about anything force related so I do not belive Han recognized Rey as his son's dream girl, when he was a kid. Even if Ben did tell Han I don't think he would've remembered or suspect Rey was the girl his son was referring to.
